We have a 30-day return policy for items purchased through our retail website. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, and unwashed
- Items must have original tags attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Once an RMA is issued, returns must be postmarked within 7 days.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at cs@supportecobags.com within 3 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at cs@supportecobags.com.
